The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver pages and protect them from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type. I can’t see these logs; I only see totals. How long Cloudflare keeps these logs is set out in its privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

I count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not build a profile of you. I see page views, referring sites, countries and device types, in totals only. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in knowing whether the site is useful (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

This site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device.

If you write to me, I get your email address and whatever you include. Mail to michal@nestak.eu is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to my mailbox at Google Ireland Limited (Gmail). I use it only to reply. I keep it as long as our conversation needs it, and longer only where the law requires (for example accounting records). Legal basis: steps before a contract or my legitimate interest in answering you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

Each app has its own privacy policy on its website. [APP NAME] processes recordings on your Mac and does not send them to me or anyone else.
